Outsurance lies about R1500
I did a quote with outsurance as the famous TV advert states if they cant beat your current insurance they pay you R500 and if you are claim free for over 3 years they will pay you R1500 ..1 they couldn't beat my current insurance and 2 I have been claim free for well over 3 years
Well today I get a SMS and a email stating they only paying out R500
Wow big fat lies ....does anybody know if this can be taken up with the competition commission
Cause this is clearly false advertising and how can I entrust you as a insurer if you cannot honour your word .
