Outsurance Lies

I called Outsurance regarding my business premiums which is R 1880,00 and they told me I have to supply them with another broker premium so that they can compare apples with apples. In so doing I got the proof with them and spoke to Rahul about the premium which is R 1800 and the competition coming in at R 1080,00 a R 800,00 cheaper.

His reply is that they cannot beat, match or drop by a couple of hundred rand. There is so many adverts how Outsurance is rated number 1 in its industry for claims, people are even promoting how Outsurance beat the competitors.

I have even seen adds where they say so and so premium dropped from R 800.00 to R 500.00 are those gimmicks to promote a dying brand in South Africa. How can you promote adds on television or an agent "Rahul" asking for proof to compare apples to apples and yet there is no resolution to my problem. There is even an add on TV that says if we cannot beat your quote we would give you back R 800,00.

Even on the Outsurance website there is a lady posing with a Mercedes with a saving of R 448.00 per month. What is up with that.
