Outsurance Lies

I cancelled my policy with Outsurance because it was too expensive. Shortly after receiving confirmation of cancellation, I received an SMS stating that an Outbonus would be dueto me on 12/12/2017. I called today to advise of the new banking details. I dialed ***twice at approx 11h50 and was given a recording stating that their office hours are from 08h00 to 20h00 and the call was cut? I called the emergency number, first time the call was cut, second time I was put through to retentions and after explaining the nature of my call, I was told that the so called Outbonus is forfeited on cancellation. So why did I get the sms? This is a shocking insurance company that lies in it's adverts and lies to it's policy holders. I'm glad I cancelled
