OUTsurance LIE to their customers
This company deceives its clients. One of the "Thought called" advantages that Outsource said they have which is when you claim, it will not affect your premiums, is all a LIE. I have not been treated well with regards to information that has been given to me from inception of the policy till present, my first claim. THEY confirmed they increase premiums just because I put in a claim. What kind of a company is this that LIES to their customers.
OUTsurance is not reliable and also not ethical with how they conduct their business and how they have treated me as a client.
Don't do business with this company as there are better companies who give better prices. I do not recommend this them in any way and will never refer business to them.

Premiums are guaranteed for 12 months and on the anniversary of your policy there will be an annual increase (rerate). There are several factors that will influence a premium increase at rerate stage such as claims, non-payments, underwriting changes, to name a few.
Your claim did not have an impact on your premium, there was a change in your underwriting. We updated your insurance history and this is one the main factors that contributed towards your premium increase.
