Outsurance lie regarding their R400 cashback

According to Outsurance, in their adds , they will give you R400 cash back if they cant beat another insurance company quote. This is a lie! I called them 4 different days regarding other quotes that I have received from other insurers. The best quote I got was from Dial Direct. I only wanted to make a change on my Outsurance policy and also change the address. I was quoted 4 different amounts in 4 days. Getting more expensive by the day. Needles to say they could not beat the quote i received from Dial Direct, who's service I might ad is a lot better than Outsurance. They are just plain rude. When I asked about the cash back that they advertise I was told that I need to call back in 6 MONTHS to find out IF by then they cant beat my insurance premium that I have with Dial Direct then they will make a payment. IF not then they will pay me the R400. This is ridiculous. Firstly, why would anyone call them back in 6 MONTHS just to find out if they can give you a better quote and then go through all the trouble to change back again? The R400 cash back is a trick.
