Outsurance lie much

I have a car insured with outsurance, and another at another insurance company. I'm consolidating my insurance and got a quote from another company. This would be new insurance. This means that I'm canceling my insurance iutsurance. Obviously the outsurance retention team called and tried to get me to stay. The retention agent said that if he can't beat the new insurer outsurance would pay R500. When he couldn't beat the new insurance price he sent me the forms to complete and after submitting the form the promotion agent called and then told me that I do not qualify. No they say that I need to be with my new insurer for 30 day even though the retention agent said they would pay R500 if they cannot beat the quotr
