I was held up on a 40 minute call where I was promised if they can either save me money or pay me up to R1500 if they can not save me money. I also committed in the beginning that if his quote would come in cheaper I would sign up immediately. And I am very serious. In this trying times I will take every opportunity to save money. He ended up more expensive than my current insurer and promised to send me an email where I should upload my documents for verification. Till today no email was sent. I am very upset that I had to forfeit my lunch hour in hopes of saving money just to be ****med. Please stop wasting peoples time!
