Outsurance- ***** and Cheats
Iutsurances new advert - get back R1500,00 if you have been claim free for 3 years.
I called Outsurance and was told this only app**** to new clients - I told them this was not what the advert said. I was dismissed.
Now how can this apply to a new client but you must be claim free for 3 years - not a new client.
Seeing all the bad reviews I will definitely be taking my business somewhere else.

We understand your disappointment about not qualifying for the promotion payment as you are an existing client.
We do however have the OUTbonus benefit available to our clients, which rewards our clients for not claiming, which you have received all along.
Our client care advisor contacted you to discuss the promotion. We say to non clients if we cannot beat your existing premium, we will pay R500 and if same non client has been claim free for 3 consecutive years on top of that, a further R1 000 will be paid.
You however felt this is still unfair and requested we cancel your policy as a result.
We are sorry to see we are parting ways, especially with you feeling this way.

30 Jun 2020, 10:21Well I have cancelled my Outsurance policy and have taken a new Policy out with FNB and I could not be happier. My monthly premium is R368 per month as opposed to R1100.00 per month. A massive saving and I am covered for more than what Outsurance was - thanks to FNB "how can we help you" they did......
