Outsurance *****
At the beginning of January I was looking for car insurance for one of my vehicles. Hippo managed to assist me very professionally and got me a good quote with Auto and General. On my way down to Cape Town Outsurance contacted me and at the time I advised that I had just taken out a car insurance for my vehicle and that I now longer needed a quote but they insisted that they could beat the price I was paying. I went ahead with the quote knowing that I had advised the consultant that I had just taken out the insurance and there quote was alot more than what I am paying.
He emailed me the necessary forms and I followed what had to be done then Raymond Pretorius emailed me to advise that I do not qualify.
They are a bunch of ***** as right from the beginning of my conversation with the consultant I advised that I had just taken out the insurance for my vehicle.
If this is the case then the consultant should have advised that I did not qualify for the R500.00 as Auto and General is a lot cheaper.
