Outsurance lets us down!!!!

We have had 4 unfortunate claims in recently 3 of which were not our fault in any way (we were the victims) and the latest claim was technically my fault as I reversed into a person driving into a no parking zone and I did not see her as she was not meant to be there at all. All 4 were legitimate claims. This is peace of mind you have in insuring with a company like outsurance. <br> <br> Their underwriting department just called to advise that they are cancelling our policy forthwith and have, effectively made us 'uninsurable'. We now cannot get car insurance from any other company. Accidents happen and this is why you pay for insurance. The traumas of the accidents are enough to have to cope with, now outsurance is adding to that trauma.<br> <br> I have spoken to a call centre team leader, Deo this morning to appeal for the matter to be rectified and not cancel our policy but negotiate a fair 'high risk' policy rate. I urgently await feedback on this matter please. It is December, the festive season and I am totally distressed about this matter. <br>
