Outsurance Legal Pretoria

<p>I was recently involved in a motor vehicle accident that was not my fault - another motorist side swipped my car when he failed to stop in time at a robot that was not working but which I treated as a normal stop sign.</p> <p>I called my insurance company which is Outsurance and they immediately assisted me with a claim number and where to take my car to for an assesment.</p> <p>Fortunately I could still drive my car and when I got there the Assesor was ready and waiting for me.</p> <p>Outsrance had already passed on all the relevant iformation regarding my claim to him.</p> <p>Soon afterwards Ousurance called me to arrange for car to be taken in for repair.</p> <p>However, my No-Claim bonus was now forfeighted and I was still not sure what would happen next?</p> <p>But the Outsrance's Legal department called me. I answered the call and the Legal Representative introduced himself as Tristan Govender.</p> <p>Tristan had already made contact with the other person who caused the accident aswell as with his Insurance Company.</p> <p>Tistan informed me that He was going to claim back my excess payment from the other Insurance Company but he also said that they might not be successful and that I should be patient as the process could take some time.</p> <p>The accident happened sometime in May of this year and on Friday the 15th July I got a call from Tristan to say that they had been successful in their claim and that the complete amount of my excess has been paid back into my account.</p> <p>I just want say, THANK YOU to Ousrance Pretoria for efficiency and proffesionalism.</p> <p>I am a very happy customer and I will recommend Outsurance any day to any one who needs to know that there possessions are being looked after.</p> <p> </p> <p>Johan L Schoeman. </p>
