Outsurance Legal department

Outsurance has been smooth sailing when it comes to claims being approved but not for their legal department if the accident is caused by third party. I am not happy about their legal department. You have to constantly follow up and you keep getting promised callbacks, which are never made. The third party claim may or may not pay for damages made by them! This system is ridiculous. Now I am told by a representative that I would need to be out of pocket by paying my excess fee for an accident I did not cause!

Getting to the legal department is impossible.
