Outsurance leaking pool claim

<p>Contacted the claims depatment of Outsurance and after many prommises of " we will call you back" and they never did, I finally got a call from one of their assesors, Patrick Brouard. Once he got onboard things started happening. So far things look promissing. Now waiting for Pool Doctor to do their bit.... Will update once I have more details of the whole experience.</p>
