Outsurance lack of promises
The first time I contacted them was on the 19th of November 2023. I waited and waited for feedback but then they requested an English version of my policy schedule, on the 22nd of November 2023, which I sent on the 23rd of November 2023.
I did not receive a response l, so I enquired on the 24th of November 2023 if the document was received to which they confirmed yes it was received.
On the 27th a guy ask me when can he phone me,I rep**** that he can phone me at 14:15,which he confirmed to be in order.
He did not phone me. I sent an email on the 28th asking if he is still going to call. We then spoke on the phone on the 28th in the afternoon round about 14:25 but it took too long because I am at work, he spoke yo me more than an hour.and he said that he will phone me back when I am at home at 18:00. I said it is fine.
Up and until today,he has not contacted me or even explained via email why he haven't phoned me like promised.
They have these adverts if we can't beat your current insurance premium then we will give you R800/R1500(I am not sure of the amount now) but they do not even come to the point in giving you a quote.I wonder where the money comes in then?
