OUTsurance Lack of Accountability

I claimed for an accident I was involved in with an OUTSurance Client - Outsurance paid out HOWEVER the settlement amount was less 20% because "I am partly negligent" for driving on a road in my lane and being as safe as can be.

So the other party can drive as **** as he wants and claiming from OUTSurance...you - the victim in this scenario, will be liable for a 20% penalty just because you were driving on the road....just because you were on that piece of road, their client decided to cut into whilst I was in the lane...with no indication...he cut into my lane - causing damage to my car AND I am being held liable for his idiocy, his oversight - a full 20% of the claim...

What peeves me off even more, is that I reached out to the Isaac in the Legal department and asked him for his manager details and his manager' manager details - I sent an email to both including Isaac...guess what?

Not a whiff from those 2 asking for an explanation of what I described above...

I bet my bottom dollar I will receive a call from Outsurance some time today or tomorrow...because that is what they do - reactive philosophy....you first have to scream and shout before anything gets done!

I will NEVER recommend them
