outsurance lack integrity

I was contacted by a sales person after signing up for a quotation who then gave me a quote. I informed them that i got a cheaper quote and was then transferred to a senior consultant who was rude and pushy. <br> <br> He asked how much my current quote was and started argueing with me why i should take outsurance. He then dropped the price and excess to below my current quote out of thin air and started beating around the bush and i requested him to put it in writing and phone me back at 2 the next day. <br> <br> At 10 the next day i was contacted still not having received any email and i informed them to contact me at 2. The lady then informed me that she will send everything now. To date i have not received anything nor any call<br> <br> Outsurance bombards the media with their R400 money back should they not be able to offer a lower quote yet when they cant beat it they dissapear off the face of the earth. <br> <br> They lack integrity as they offer certain promotions and when they need to pay up they go quiet. <br> I will advise anyone not to get involved with outsurance as it was a phonecall of 30 mins or more that i wasted for a sham and one can only imagine what their attitude will be in the event of a claim
