Outsurance Kindness

When our roof of our store room started leaking badly after unseasonal winter rain here in the Karoo, I didn't hold out much hope that Outsurance would help, but thought that since some of the quotes we got from contractors were really high that I'd just ask. <br> <br> Outsurances' building assessor based in Bloemfontein, Marthinus Filmalter, was very helpful in getting someone from my hometown Cradock to come out and look.<br> <br> Despite the fact that there was no actual violent storm, they agreed to the claim because as Marthinus explained to me, Outsurance has recently changed its policy so that maintenance issues like this (and not only storm damage) can also be covered.<br> <br> It was all handled promptly, smoothly and most importantly, with kindness. And now I can get my roof fixed properly, not just a 'lap en pap' job. <br> <br> Thank you Marthinus and also Daniel (Moleke?) from the Call Centre who was exceptionally efficient.
