OUTsurance keeps deducting premiums even after several emails for them to stop and refund me.
OUTsurance is very expensive and keeps deducting premiums after I have cancelled my policy with them. They don’t respond to my emails and continue deducting whereas I have opted for another insurance company. Please help.

He did cancel the policy and process the refund.
We cannot trace any previous cancellation requests. Please let us know where these requests were sent and if it was done telephonically or via email.
