Outsurance Keeps Deducting Premiums After you CANCELLED!!
<p>I am so disappointed in Outsurance!!! I have had life cover via Outsurance Life for three years and when I cancelled to move to a far better service provider they have deducted premiums from my account again and again and again!!! Costing me money and precious time to go to the bank te keep reversing them. I am fed up! </p> <p>Horrible and Dishonest business practises.</p> <p> </p>

Thank you for bringing the matter to our attention. Tina our client services manager contacted you to discuss the reason the policy wasn't initially cancelled. We could only cancel with a cession release from FNB or Discovery. This was not an error on our side and subsequently the policy has been cancelled.
