Outsurance just take your money

I got a quotation from Outsurance for life insurance and they send me the documentation whereby I decided to cancel the policy and send 6 emails to get confirmation that its cancelled but to my surprise they still deduct the money from my account - when I called them they said that the policy was cancelled and don't understand why it went off.......they really just out there to make money and bully you into something you don't want
