Outsurance just dont care

<p>Was rear ended two months ago from from behind while driving my BMW Outsurance could not track the person after i gave the persons id and case numeber i still lost my out bonus and was told to pay th acccess received my car from All Star Panel Beaters got back to work and found out the revers sensors not working took the vehicle back to Rich at all star the next day they open the back of the boot to find some one had filled the compartment of the computer full of water he removed the computer and tried to have it fixed but no luck Rich then told me i must the the computer with him as he will speak to Outsurance to sort out they closed up the back of the Bmw refitted the panels when i checked again the next dat there was two spots whrere the paint had come off i called Rick straight away to come and check he arrived late that afternoon and said it not a problem he will fix it the next day i called Rich to find out what is going on i was told that Outsurance was going to buy a new computer as the old one is R1800.00 and the new one is R2500.00 after a few days going by and two weeks i contacted Rich again last week wednesday to see whats going on the told me that Outsurance changed there mind and is looking again for a second hand computer as this is the way they work Rich explained that my car is not a new one so Outsurane like in the past with old replace with secondhand parts and i need to wait as they are looking for a secondhand part i need some one to call me as this is bull sh*t and if you need any info as i have all recording of my conversation with Rich from All Star IS RECORDED </p>
