Outsurance (Jeanine Viljoen) awesome assistance though claims process

Truly an awesome experience from the Outsurance claims department, they advised me through the whole process, once I booked my car in they continued to show awesome support, and with the help of Jeanine Viljoen, I was advised after 2 weeks after booking my car into the panel beater and paying the excess, that they were able to recover my excess from the person at fault.
