OUTSURANCE IS UTTERLY DISGUSTING
Outsurance protects ***** and drunkards.
I have had an ongoing battle for close to 2 months as a third party claimer.
Their client has given two version to where both of these version do not make sense at all!
Their client is misleading and dishonest to the extreme about the real facts of the accident that hhe is responsible for in all aspects. Witnesses at the scene will even be able to tell them how their client expected me to leave my baby in the car all alone to attend to his vehicle that was parked far away! The clients vehicle had no damage not even scratch on the vehicle, where I had to pay R32 000 for my damages and according to his SECOND version, i was speeding but they can not respond to my question "if i was speeding , why does he not have any damages on his vehicle and how do you expect a vehicle speeding at a very busy intersection during loadshedding" they still have no answer for me.
The tow truck driver came to my rescue and accompanied the client to take down all details and he will also be able to testify that this client of outsurance reeked of alcohol and that he had no damage to his car.
This is utterly disgusting that n outsurance company can not see the facts right in front of them.
Your agent that spoke to me last week even confessed to said that his multiple version does not make sense to her aswell.
Utterly disgusted, would not recommend you to anyone.

It is concerning that an institute as big as yourselves, accepts the word of an obvious dishonest person, who I might add insists a mother to leavs her baby in her car unattended, to go to his vehicle that he parked far away, wow, and not do the right thing as would be expected from an institution like yourselves, thinking you would do the humanly right thing. I am utterly disappointed in the way you handled this matter from the start till now and will advise wide and far to everyone not to trust Outsuance in any way shape or form. Seeing all the bad reviews aswell, this is a warning to all wanting to take out insurance from Outsurance.
