Outsurance is useless

I have been paying for my car insurance without fail for the past three years. My car was broken into last month and the claim is for R11000 yet they want to me to pay a ridiculous amount of R6300 in excess. this has caused so much inconvenience for me since they don’t even assist me with cancellation of car insurance. they recon to have sent my claim for escalation to management each time I try to cancel. Can someone assist me to cancel my car insurance with Outsurance since they have failed to assist me
