OUTSURANCE IS USELESS!! DO NOT EXPECT SERVICE FROM THEM! THEY ARE ******!
I had a third party claim November 2020, the last thing I remember is getting forms to fill in... Since then there were no other communication and also I got a letter of demand from the other parties Lawyer saying that if I don’t pay outstanding balances there will be a summons to my name???!!!!! Outsurance told this party that they will not be paying out. I quarried this over the phone 2 weeks ago asking to speak to a manager named Isack to sort out the ****ing problem (***) STILL NO PHONE CALL!!! I then called yesterday 2nd of March 2021 AGAIN asking for a manager to call me back (***) BUT YET AGAIN NO PHONE CALL!!! OUTSURANCE will go to newspapers if this is not sorted out in the next 24 hours!!! I am sick and tired of the bad service!!!

Our liability claims manager contacted you after having investigated what had transpired. Our advisor failed to provide you with an update, which we sincerely apologise for. We could sadly not trace any request for our liability claims manager to call you.
We refuted liability based on our defence. He also assured you we will attend to the 3rd party's summons, once you have received it and will include you in all correspondence between us and the 3rd party.
