OUTsurance is unreliable
I need a car rental I brought my car back in joburg for the panel beater for re job so I need a car back to north west. Please I need contacts for ombudsman. You promised to hire me a car when I bring back the car to the panel beater now you giving me a hard time.

Since the policy was cancelled in February, we should not have committed to arranging a rental vehicle.
We have since been in contact with our client. It was confirmed we will provide you with a rental vehicle for the day your vehicle is returned to the repairer.
