Outsurance is unreliable and cheats

I recently had insurance with Outsurance when I got an e mail to say there premiums are going to increase by almost 30% I decided to join another insurance company that will save me money not just take my money I sent Outsurance an e mail to cancel my policy which they did to my HORROR they told me I must wait till the 30/05/2016 for my premium refund what **** is that when there debit orders goes off it goes off on time when they have to refund a person u must wait to receive your refund and its not going to be paid with interest I want my money back
