OUTsurance is unreliable

OUTsurance is unreliable, I changed my car rental option to a better luxury vehicle group and the advisor advised me that it’s effective immediately and the pro-rata will go off. So the pro-rata has gone off. Today I request for a vehicle rental they say my car rental option is group A, while the advisor advised me that the change is effective immediately and the money has gone off my account.
