Outsurance is THEE BeSt! (Mhlaba Music)

I am very sorry for my delayed gratitude due to the pressures of the work we do and the traveling - I did not want to cheat this appreciation and gratitude for the effectiveness of Outsurance.

I had a very unfortunate event that took place in my life, I travelled on Friday to purchase a vehicle, about a month ago in Johannesburg and drove back down on the same day - it was a beauty of an SUV, Mercedes Benz - I loved it and still miss it very much amidst the very brief time we had together - I have been seeking to find another like it but its been a real challenge, anyways back to the facts - I bought the car Friday and paid in full for it yet due to the fact that it was late in the afternoon - many companies were not taking calls and processing new clients - I thought about which Insurance to take before driving out the dealership then I thought of Outsurance and sure enough, I called them and they answered willing and ready to take me on - they covered the car within the hour and I was able to drive back home, it so happened - the following day we had a couple of meetings down North in Durban so I drove my new beast gleaming after a fresh wash and as bad chance would have it, on a sharp corner I had to avoid a collision with some fool who was speeding coming into me - as I swerved away the car climbed a bank and rolled down writing it off instantly!

I started the claim process whilst in the discomfort and being prodded with needles - Outsurance took the car and checked it out and way within a month of the incident they paid me out - I really did not feel hopeful cause usually this is unheard of - usually insurance companies find any reason to not pay but this was a 24Hour cover and they paid on their word - Thank You so Much outsurance for being true and dependable when I needed you most!
