OUTsurance is the worst insurance company I've dealt with

OUTsurance is the worst insurance company I've dealt with. They sent me a threatening email demanding a large amount of money for an accident caused by my previous driver. I then got an email from Sizwe Solwandle and Lindie Barkhuizen asking me for my banking details (bank letter), and their insurer decided to withdraw his claim as he repaired the vehicle himself. It's now two weeks later, and they can't direct me to the financial department because they don't have a number and excuse after excuse!They owe me money and they're withholding it, I've never in my life dealt with such terrible service. I'm anxious about whether I'll receive my money. They have no idea what they're doing!!! I've used my own airtime and contacted them 3 times. Please for the love of God. Stay away from this *********** company. You should be ashamed..
