OutSurance is the WORST!!! DO NOT get insurance with them!!!!!

Wanted to update our insurance as we felt like we were maybe paying a bit too much and we had not claimed since we got the insurance taken out. We got new quotes and Outsurance, dispite their advertising DO NOT pay you a cent for not being able to better your quote! When we decided to move to another insurer and cancelling with Outsurance they gave a false email address so that we could not contact them to send in our refund documentation. We are now struggling to get any sort of assistance from Outsurance and i feel the customer service is utterly disgusting! The entire call center has not been trained in basic telephonic etiquette which is disturbing, they do not know how to operate their own system not do they know how to assist clients in any manner!!
