Outsurance is the worst and have no regards for 3rd Party claims

<p>My car was damaged buy Outsurance client in January, 5+ months later, my car is not fixed.</p> <p>They have all the documents they requested from me, including the pictures of my car to show the damage.</p> <p>At that time i gave them 2 quotations from different body shopes which are around R19 400 (about R200 ) off each other. They rejected the quotation and offered me R15000 and recommended that i use a body shop which was not dealer approved. I since decline the quotation and gave them a list of dealer approved body shops. They then gave a R16100 quotation from one of the body shops on the list.</p> <p>I took my car in to the same body shop to confirm the quotation. To my amazement, the same body shop they claim to have received a quote from was R3300 more than the quotation they gave me.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have been trying to get this claim sorted out for over 5 months now and Outsurance does not have any regard, nor do they even care to respond to my emails. They repaired their client's car withing weeks, whilsts my car is not fixed, yet she knocked my car.</p> <p> </p> <p>This is unacceptable and i hope that by posting this, "Hello Peter" will assist me.</p>
