Outsurance is the worst!!!

Outsurance has got to be the most unprofessional insurance company in South Africa. A client of theirs knocked into my vehicle TWO months ago. 100% the fault of their client. All documentation was submitted the very same week. Yet, two months later, they say they are still processing the claim! I have dealt with insurance companies previously but I must say, outsurance is so inefficient and delayed. After experiencing their terrible service, I will never even think of switching to outsurance.
