OUTsurance is the MOST TERRIBLE INSURANCE COMPANY

First of all OUTsurance should change their slogan from \\you always get something out\to \\\"\"you'll never get anything out!\\\"\"<br> According to my understanding if anyone else besides the regular driver of the vehicle is driving the car and unfortunately meets up in an accident the insurance does pay out the claim however the access fee is higher than normal amount due to the fact that the regular driver is not driving the car so my question is why was my claim rejected?<br> When the OUTsurance assessors come out to speak to a client it feels more like an interrogation because it's like you forced to say stuff you don't want to and the assessor asks you the same question thousands of time.
