Outsurance is the best Insurance Company ever!! Their efficiency is out of this world! I literally feel like the staff thought I was the Directors wife, because the roadside assistance were so fast with assisting me today!!!! Between the time I spoke to the lovely Lesego,and the time the locksmith standing next to my car was less then 30 mins!car open,batteryon charge!I couldn't believe it!! Such a huge relief.I never expected to be helped so fast! NEVER ever had any issues with any of my claims or inquiries! EXCEPTIONAL customer service! Other insurance companies keep trying to lure me away from Outsurance, promising cheaper rates,but I've been there done that,I used to be their client,I left them to join Outsurance,best move ever!
