OUTsurance is the best!

After an accident (not involving another vehicle) that caused tyre and rim damage to both my car's left wheels, I used the OUTsurance smartphone app to request roadside assistance. I was phoned almost immediately by a friendly, helpful and understanding OUTsurance staff member who assisted me by coordinating a service provider, Precision Tow Pretoria, who arrived at my location 14 minutes later. Due to damage to both wheels, my car couldn't be towed but OUTsurance followed up with the service provider and arranged to have my car transported to an assessment center where the extent of the damage was determined.

Later that day I contacted OUTsurance telephonically and was promptly assisted to lodge an accident claim. During the entire process I was kept up to date on progress either by monitoring the status of my claim on the very intuitive and easy to understand smartphone app, or by having my questions answered by a dedicated claims advisor who was assigned to me. It was great to have a single point of contact without having to deal with a new call center agent every time.

My car is currently at an authorised body shop and repairs are underway. Overall my experience with OUTsurance has been very positive and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them as some of the best short-term insurers I have ever dealt with. Thank you!
