I had the unfortunate experience of driving into an island on a rainy dark night. It caused alot of damage to my passenger side wheel.I could not drive any further,and had to find somewhere to pull over. Luckily I knew I could call OUTsurance for assistance.Within 4 minutes a security service vehicles arrived to keep myself and my daughter safe. This really helped, as it was a dark rainy night, and as a woman with a child on the side of the road I felt very frightened.The tow truck arrived shortly and both the driver and his wife and the OUTsurance agent offered us a ride home. I'm so happy that my husband has our vehicles insured with t OUTsurance. Everything was professional and prompt.
