When i started to claim for my money from another insurance company, things looked doom and gloom. But after Madam Funi from Outsurance started assisting me, she gave me hope. It took a while but i ultimately was refunded. Thank you Outsurance, you're the BEST! Just a word of advise to Outsurance: The consultants should stop telling their clients that should they log a claim, they are going to forfeit their bonuses. I don't think the aim of taking an insurance for your vehicle is to accummulate bonuses but it is to assist you in times of need. Nobody is calling for an accident but they do happen and sometimes not of your own making. Secondly, review your client's contributions annually. This is because a car's value decreases daily so it should match what you are paying for.
