OUTSURANCE is robbing me my policy money

0n the 10th of April 2021 I wrote a complaint abt outsurance that they are robbing me my money. As I stated that I had a funeral policy with Outsurance company for 2 years and they dont want to pay my claim. I receive a payment of R1500 on the 24 April 2021 instead of paying the full amount of R80 000.... Pls hellopeter team can u kindly assist me to this matter....
