Outsurance is quick to respond. My roof was leaking and they send someone out to check the roof. The person who could not make it for the date that he was suppose to come apologize and was in constant contact with me. Assuring me that he will come that Saturday. He was very polite and explained everything. I love how outsurance help and assist their clients. The money was paid in quickly. My roof was repaired and I am a very happy client.
