Outsurance is Pathetic
Today I decided to "change daai ding" only the OUTSURANCE appl that you are surpose to use does not work. You call them they cannot help you and promise to get an IT specialist to call you. Only they never call you back as promised. How disappointing. My cover was to take effect next month AND NOW I AM GOING TO CANCEL IT BEFORE IT HAS EVEN STARTED. How is that for pathetic your first day and they allready let you down.
