Outsurance is pathetic!
We bought a SAMSUNG MICROWAVE and ensure it with outsurance. Because of loadshedding the motherboard does not work anymore. Send it for repair but the company said we have to claim a new one.
OUTSURANCE wont pay out or replace it. Why on earth do we have ensurence then!
