Outsurance is Pathetic

I laid a claim (***) with Outsurance after one of their clients drove into the back of me. After much promise and initial prompt service, I did not hear anything for 5 weeks. I have had emails / phone calls ignored for the past week and no one ever returns calls. <br> <br> I have now cancelled my home insurance with Outsurance and moved to Santam, I advise others to do the same. It is true, Outsurance will do everything in their power to not pay-out claims.
