I was recently involved in an accident and Dawid Smith from Bloemfontein handled my claim. I was so stressed given what other insurance companies do to their clients.My colleague had an accident in December and he still fighting with the insurer.I thought I might have a similar experience.

I just needed to express my gratitude over the handling of my claim for the expediency it had taken OUTsurance to finalize it.Not only Dawid, but the efficiency of your staff members cannot be compared to any insurance company out there (extremely well trained).At the scene of the accident your staff member called almost every ten minutes to give me updates of the towing vehicle.I received calls on daily basis for updates from some staff members.Please refer to the whole chain of staff members who were assigned to assist a distressed person like me.
