Outsurance is OUT of their minds
Outsurance might be the worst insurer on planet Earth. I submitted a claim for my fridge and TV due to power surge. They send through an assessor ( RSI) who merely just looks at the things and walks out. They then have the nerve to tell me that these items are damaged because of wear and tear. Save your money and go with another insurer. I've had it with these ****mers.

18 Jan 2024, 16:07Good day,
Thank you for giving us the opportunity to look into the matter and address your concerns.
Abigail our claims manager contacted you to discuss the claim in detail. After the initial assessment was concluded, we appointed a 2nd service provider who also confirmed that the damage to the items is due to wear and tear. Wear and tear is a general policy exclusion.
You have our apologies for the disappointing outcome of your claim.
Regards,
The OUTsurance Team
