OutSurance is OUT. Appalling service and broken "promises"

I believed their marketing. Insured telephonically - Car Insurance - Public Liability Insurance and Household. Admin Glitch and accident claim repudiated, Several phone calls to different call centre operators, supervisors and managers and issue is unresvolved. Contradictory sms messages and emails. I cannot get a decision make to assist. Call Centre noisy and seem to be uninterested and untrained in dealing with a problem to find a solution without passing the buck, I will be discovering a new service provider and will warn everyone I can that inmy case I never got anything but tears out of OUTsurance. I am still waiting for a decision make to return my call
