Outsurance is oky if **** parts is used in my car

According to the Claims manager Xinilia outsurance thay can do what thay want and use **** vw pars on my car and that it is not im my pollicy that i can choose whare my car needs to be repaired at even if it is an outsurance aproved repair center the damage report of my car is not complete and i was told someone will get back to me on monday i had to mail the Claims department on Tuesday for someone to get back to me and thay are just ignoring me now and not getting back to me
