OUTSURANCE IS NOTHING BUT A **** !!!

so some time last week outsurance decides send me a promo sms to do a R500 challenge I rep**** yes a friendly lady by the name of Maphalo Khumalo called and did a quotation with me but unfortunately they could not match my current premium they asked for my current schedule I sent it. And after the comparison they rep**** with an sms advising that the payment will be processed on the 6th of Dec few minutes after the confirmation I receive a call saying I no longer qualify because their t's and c's changed they now pay after 24 months I asked a very simple question which the lady that called me failed to answer , I asked that why were my details were on their promo list if I did not qualify to get the money if they can't match the quote she tried blaming it on the poor sales lady who did nothing but received a lead and she called it ,OUTSURANCE PAY THE MONEY YOU SAID IT WILL BE PAID AS PROMISED I DID NOT ASK TO DO A QUOTE YOU APPROACHED ME WHEN ITS PAY BACK TIME YOU GIVE ME STORIES !!!
