OUTsurance is not what they say they are.

I have been with OUTsurance for over I year now, I was supposed to get my outbonus money this year and suddenly they can not pay, I have never claimed and have more than one policy with them. I was very disappointed to receive such news on the day of the supposed payout, makes me wonder if this is how they treat their customers when it’s time to pay.
