Outsurance is not reliable and not keeping to their word!!!!!

I have a claim pending from 2 August and still not settled as we speak almost 2 months later. One can see that there is a witch-hunt not to pay claims. I gave them everything they wanted but the assessor continues to say that they are waiting for this and that, really!!! after all this time!!!! Yes, its me, Mr Buso.
